Institute for Certification

The Institute for Certification (CÚ) was established to undertake certification of the standard ČSN EN 45013. The Institute for Certification was granted accreditation by the Czech Institute for Accreditation and registered under no. 3057 to independently test professional proficiency in the following specializations: certified evaluator for the appraisal of the value of an enterprise, certified evaluator for the appraisal of the value of real estate.

Following success in an exam, the candidate receives a certificate which authorizes him to perform the above-mentioned evaluations for a period from 3 to 5 years. This certificate is valid in the Czech Republic and, according to international agreements, is equally valid in member countries of European cooperation in areas of accreditation.
