The article finishes the text published in Politická ekonomie 1997, č. 2., which is dealing with the Hungarian way from centralised economy to market economy and shows macroeconomic development in the Hungary between 1956 to 1995. The paper concentrates on the choice between gradualist or - shock - strategy of transformation and consequently depicts a privatisation, liberalisation and legal reform in the Hungary.

The paper studies a possibility of creation of structure interbank cooperative arrangements with the goal to cut down a risk of failure. An attention concentrates on mutually ex-post help among banks which applies for deposit but faced the risk of portfolio that is not exante diversified. An effort of banks to cut down the risk them motivates to a sharing risk. In a tests to explain a role of clearing bank and willingness of banks to tie up themselves behaviour by strength rules for intervention are use numerous features of accessible models but the main focus is on moral hazard.

Residents and Non-residents Response to the Widening of the Exchange Rate Fluctuation Range of CZK

The biggest change in a foreign exchange inter-banks market during the first part of 1996 was an announcement of ČNB about widening of the exchange rate fluctuation range of CZK toward DEM and USD from 0,5 % to 7,5 %. The aim of text is clarification of reaction residents and non-residents on the widening of the exchange rate fluctuation range of CZK on base of ČNB fixing exchange rate and position of banking framework towards residents and non-residents. The behaviour of residents and non-residents was a reaction on possible change of exchange rate CZK towards a group of currency in future nay on real change.

The text is focused on problematic of modelling of Czech household's demand for financial assets in the period of voucher privatisation which were accompany with important finance innovation - installation a vouchers to the finance portfolio of Czech households. The concentration of text is on derivation of models, which enable stable estimations of demand for elements of financial portfolio. The suggested methodology consists on modified estimate almost ideal demand (AID system) for all available significant financial assets. The own estimate is foregone by data analysis of financial portfolio of households and depiction of assumptions.

The economists always confirm that the reason for existence of economy as science is scarcity of resources. The article is trying to illuminate why from economic view a concrete resources e.g. infrastructure, technical development and unemployment, present different phenomena's. It analyses basic economic structure (resources structures, reserves, goods and markets) how by return affect character of resources themselves. Approximately 230 years passed from inputting an economy to universities syllabuses and consequently to the others school. It was at time which economy history in Czech wrongfully misses out. Economics as a teaching subject arised in 18th century in a form of mercantile science. The title matches to dominate cameralism i.e. specific form of mercantilism in the Central Europe. The item went through from mercantile science, national economy to contemporary economy. Today we are going back to this tradition evolution line to deeply understand nowadays specific in our own tradition in teaching of economy and can join on it.
