Economic growth in the transformation process in the Czech republic with regrad to the international aspects

The writing is a short version of the study "Economic Growth in the Transformation Process in the Czech Republic", which was created in the Research Centre of Integration of the Czech Republic into European Economy, University of Economics, Prague. The first part is dedicated to changes in the structure of GDP during the transformation period. The second part consequently describes main development trends in GDP growth in the CEFTA countries and less developed countries of the EU. The next part is focusing on GDP/per capita movement and the conclusion outlines an outlook of economic development of the Czech Republic and some transforming countries.

The goal of article is a comparison of transition process in three central Europe countries. The first three parts are dedicated to a development in the Czech Republic, the Hungary and the Poland. The fourth part is dedicated to a comparison of their macroeconomic development. The conclusion contains a comparison of stabilisation programs, with regard to thier external balance problems and possibilities of fiscal policy.

The gross domestic product is considered as one most important feature of the economy. Formerly it was conceived for one year but this periodicity stopped as an unsatisfactory and the interest is focused on shorter period. The article makes clear the creation of quarter's GDP estimations within the Czech Republic and shows their characteristics.

The Pareto improvements assume that some individuals get more welfare and at the same time nobody loses. From a view of maximal efficiency the transfer are not a solution of society welfare and in addition the overall welfare function is decreasing. The goal of article is an evaluation of social transfer transformation in the Czech Republic. The goal-direction and redistribution of social transfer is observed with the costs for social system.

The EU have unity in question of non-effective labour market especially regarding wages, mobility and organisation of labour time. The features are valid for the Czech Republic, too. The article deals with the main non-effectiveness in the EU labour market and consequently analyses a situation in the Czech Republic. The conclusion is dedicated to a possible future development of unemployment in the EU countries and the Czech Republic.

The article describes an implementation of national accounts into our statistic use. The goal of the text is to find out some features in short time series of GDP quarter indices. The firstly, attention is focus on a detection of an important time changes in time series. The next part analyses a quantitative relationship between GDP and chosen indices of GDP with regard to use and production.

With the signing of the Maastricht Treaty in 1991, convergence has become a key focus of the European debate. Fiscal and monetary criteria laid down at Maastricht are viewed as being precondition to the transition to the final and third phase of the EMU. Economic policy after independence followed these priorities and targets in Slovenia, with the main focus on regaining and strengthening internal balance. Current economic trends point to good short and long term prospects, so convergence debate is becoming a key concern. The first part of article brings the history of N.D. Kondratev, who formulated the most of his thesis in time prior to revolution in the Russia. On the base of statistic analysis it decribes the theory of long waves in economy. He laid keystones of modern analysis of long waves fluctuation. The second and third part shows main ideas of Kondratev approach to long wave and his critics.

The article deals with possibilities of using an econometric analysis of features and behaviour of economic systems for approximation of quantity and evaluation of effects in different variants of economic tools uses for leading. Gradually it presented a ways of economy policy in dependency on desired level of outputs. The attention is focused on co-integration of time series, stationary tests and vectors autoregresion. The conclusion is dedicated to simulation analyse of economy policy.
