| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce s názvem Situace na trhu s vínem v ČR se zabývá prozkoumáním současného stavu vinařství a trhu s vínem v České republice na základě ukazatelů, kterými jsou spotřeba a produkce vína a obchod s vínem. Cílem práce je stanovit předpokládaný budoucí vývoj v těchto oblastech. Dílčím cílem práce je předpovědět budoucí vývoj i v oblasti vinařské turistiky, která má na české vinařství a trh s vínem významný vliv. První kapitola se věnuje stručnému přehledu o historii českého vinařství. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou současného stavu českého vinařství a českého trhu s vínem, který zaznamenal významné legislativní změny po vstupu ČR do EU v roce 2004. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na obchod s vínem, zkoumá dovoz a vývoz vína z ČR. Čtvrtá a poslední kapitola této práce se zabývá českým vinařstvím, které je čtenáři představeno především prostřednictvím Velkopavlovické vinařské podoblasti, jedné ze čtyř vinařských podoblastí vinařské oblasti Morava. Kapitola se soustředí na konkrétní čtyři vinařské obce a spolu s nimi i čtyři vinařství. Poslední část práce je analýza odpovědí respondentů na otázky z dotazníku, který byl zaslán deseti českým vinařům a vinařstvím ze čtyř vybraných vinařských obcí. Otázky v dotazníku se vztahují k oblastem, které tato práce popisuje. Cílem dotazníkového šetření je zjistit, jak se k nim staví jednotliví respondenti. |

| Abstrakt: | The thesis Situation on the wine market in the Czech Republic deals with the exploration of the current state of the viticulture and wine market in the Czech Republic concerning the indicators such as consumption and production of wine and wine trade. The main aim of the thesis is to determine the expected future development in these areas. The partial aim of the thesis is to predict the future development of wine tourism, which has a significant impact on the Czech winery and the wine market. The first chapter deals with a brief overview of the history of the Czech winery. The second chapter focuses on the analysis of the current situation of the Czech viticulture and the Czech wine market, which registered significant legislative changes after the accession of the Czech Republic to the EU in 2004. The third chapter concentrates on wine trade, examines the state and development of the import and export of wine from the Czech Republic. The fourth and final chapter of this thesis deals with the Czech viticulture, which is presented to the reader mainly through the Velkopavlovice wine-growing sub-region, one of the four wine-growing subregions of the wine-growing region Moravia. The chapter focuses on four specific wine-growing villages and together with them on four wineries. The last part of the thesis is an analysis of the respondents' answers to questions from the questionnaire, which was sent to ten Czech winemakers and wineries from four selected wine villages. Questions in the questionnaire relate to the areas that this work describes. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out what are the opinions of the individual respondents. |
