Samoorganizace v dnešní společnosti

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to confirm or refute the hypothesis: Self-organization is an integral part of the organization for IT company.The bachelor thesis explains terms of self-organization and self-regulation, describes principles of supporting self-organization in theoretical part. It also describes five parts of company that support processes of self-organization in society. Next, it will raise a question of the need of managing self-organization, which is another goal of the work. And there will be described two methodologies in which self-organization develops the most – agile and holacracy. The methodological part of the bachelor thesis describes data collection methods from three semi-structured interviews with the respondents of the IT company. These interviews are described and analyzed in practical part of the work and concern the self-organization of work teams in IT companies and its importance. The conclusion is based on the information obtained from the theoretical and practical part.The main purpose of the work is to prove that self-organization is an integral part of an organization in IT company. At the same time this work will evaluate whether the theory of self-organization is identical to practice based on semi-structured interviews with a specialist in the field.
