Abstrakt: | The main aim of the thesis is going deeply into alumni’s relations from the EU and partner countries with the business life right after their studies. This thesis examines those graduated student’s process of finding a job in terms of duration, the connection between the study fields and the working area, the working country and country swaps. Also, to the thesis searches if there is any mobility-related significance, first positions of the jobs and again in case of correlations with study fields and levels. Additionally, for those specific variables; factors like age, gender, home country and level of study will be the main variables of research. Data comes from The Erasmus+ Impact Study Survey 2016. Answers from related questions are taken as the main dataset. Additional to this, data from related international offices, employability surveys and alumni networks could be used for necessary comparisons and variability. Binary logistic regression is the core analysis method of the research. Also, the stepwise regression model and Wald test assist for additional calculations and visualization. |
