| Abstrakt: | Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy odbornosti a nezávislosti členů výboru pro audit v České republice. První, metodická část práce se věnuje popisu corporate governance a následnému vzniku výboru pro audit. Druhá, metodická část se zaobírá povinnostmi výboru pro audit včetně jejich členů, kteří musí plnit některé z požadavků odbornosti a nezávislosti nařizované legislativním procesem. Třetí, analytická část práce se věnuje samotné analýze členů výboru pro audit, některé výsledky jsou dále porovnány s údaji Rady pro veřejný dohled nad auditem. Závěr práce shrnuje zjištěné rozdíly a společné znaky porovnávaných údajů. |

| Abstrakt: | The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the expertise and independence of members of the Audit Committee in the Czech Republic. The first, methodical part of the thesis deals with the description of the company management and the subsequent establishment of the Audit Committee. The second, methodological part deals with the duties of the Audit Committee, including its members, who must fulfill some of the requirements of expertise and independence governed by the legislative process. The third, analytical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the members of the Audit Committee, some results are further compared with the data of the Public Audit Board. The conclusion of the work summarizes the observed differences and common features of the data compared. |
