Impact of automation on enterprices in Europe

Information technologies are developing extremely fast nowadays. Especially in terms of robotization and automation which is the main topic of this research. The paper analyzed main effects of robotic solution on day-to-day work of enterprises in Europe. Research covered several countries which are: Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Poland and Italy. Effects were evaluated from all main sides from cost effect to effect on human motivation. The results showed that robotization might have both negative and positive effect on work of the company. In order to enjoy benefits and avoid possible threats companies should be very careful when the decide to implement robotic solutions. First of all, it should be identified is it effective in terms of cost. Secondly, there should be clear plan which should include both initial implementation and day-to-day management process
