| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh opatření a jednotlivých kroků, které bude potřeba pro migraci na Zdravotnictví 4.0 provést a zároveň v práci bude provedena reflexe strategie elektronického zdravotnictví v České republice na podmínky Zdravotnictví 4.0.Samotná reflexe strategie elektronického zdravotnictví v České republice zpohledu připravenosti je provedena na základě analýzy strategie elektronického zdravotnictví v České republice a vybraných státech v Evropě a ve světě.V úvodní teoretické části práce je na Zdravotnictví 4.0 pohlíženo ve spojení s Průmyslem 4.0 a jsou zde charakterizovány definice, komponenty a principy. Součástí úvodní práce jsou také obecné informace, charakteristiky a prvky Zdravotnictví 4.0 včetně části věnované historii, vývoji a transformaci zdravotnictví od 60. let 20. století až po současnost a náhledem na bližší budoucnost. Důraz je také brán na benefity, a hlavně na problémy a úskalí spojené s transformací na Zdravotnictví 4.0. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu strategií elektronických zdravotnictví ve vybraných evropských státech a ve světě. Tato část zahrnuje i analýzu současného stavu a připravenosti na Zdravotnictví 4.0 v České republice. Třetí část projednává jednotlivé kroky pro migraci na další stupně zdravotnictví až na úroveň Zdravotnictví 4.0 v České republice. Poslední část práce se věnuje reflexi strategie elektronického zdravotnictví v České republice na podmínky Zdravotnictví 4.0. |

| Abstrakt: | The diploma thesis is focused on the design of measures and individual steps that will be need for the migration to Healthcare 4.0. At the same time in this work will be reflected the eHealth strategy in the Czech Republic based for the conditions of Healthcare 4.0.The reflection of the eHealth strategy in the Czech Republic in terms of preparedness is based on the analysis of the eHealth strategy in the Czech Republic and selected states in Europe and the world.In the introductory theoretical part of the thesis, Healthcare 4.0 is viewed in conjunction with Industry 4.0 and definitions, components and principles are characterized. Part of the introductory part are also the municipal information, characteristics and elements of Healthcare 4.0 including a section on the history, development and transformation of health care from the 1960s to the present, and a look at the near future. Emphasis is also placed on the benefits, and especially on the problems and pitfalls associated with the transformation to Healthcare 4.0. The second part is focused on the analysis of eHealth strategies in selected European countries and in the world. This section also includes an analysis of the current status and preparedness for Healthcare 4.0 in the Czech Republic. The third part discusses individual steps for migration to other levels of health care to the level of Healthcare 4.0 in the Czech Republic. The last part is devoted to the reflection of the eHealth strategy in the Czech Republic on the conditions of Healthcare 4.0. |
