| Abstrakt: | Bakalářská práce má za cíl přiblížit fenomén gentrifikace českému čtenáři, definovat možné druhy tohoto procesu, se kterými se v literatuře můžeme setkat, a provést vlastní výzkum. Cílem vlastního výzkumu je potvrdit hypotézu, že v městské části Praha 7 probíhá kulturní gentrifikace. Druhotným cílem výzkumu je potvrdit, že mají noví rezidenti charakteristiky gentrifiérů, a zjistit jejich detailní profil. Z provedeného výzkumu se prokázalo, že nově příchozí obyvatelé mají charakteristiky gentrifiérů a že ve čtvrti probíhá kulturní gentrifikace. |

| Abstrakt: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the phenomenon of gentrification to the Czech reader, to define possible types of this process that we can encounter in the literature and to carry out our own research. The aim of the research itself is to confirm the hypothesis that cultural gentrification is taking place in Prague 7. The secondary objective of the research is to confirm that the new residents have the characteristics of gentrifiers and to find out their detailed profile. The research has proved that newcomers have the characteristics of gentrifiers and that cultural gentrification takes place in the neighborhood. |
