| Abstrakt: | Cieľom diplomovej práce je na základe analýzy problémov firmy na technickom oddelení vytvoriť návrh riešenia súčasného stavu pomocou vybraných metód lean managementu. Teoretická časť popisuje filozofiu Kaizen, jej históriu, význam, ciele a jej implementáciu. Predkladá definíciu lean managementu, jeho históriu, súčasnosť, princípy, nástroje a management úzkych miest. Bližšie sa zaoberá výrobným systémom Toyoty so zameraním na metódu 5S a odstraňovanie plytvania 3M. Zdôrazňuje význam layoutu pracoviska a dôležitosť štandardizácie. Významnou súčasťou teoretickej časti je aj špagetový diagram. Praktická časť vznikla syntézou teoretických poznatkov, študentkinho pozorovania, výsledkov analýzy pološtruktúrovaného rozhovoru a rezultátu analýzy súčasného stavu na technickom oddelení vo firme Etrim s.r.o. Jadro práce tvorí samotný návrh optimálneho layoutu vstupnej miestnosti a zavedenia 5S na celom úseku. Záver predstavuje zhodnotenie výhod, nevýhod zavádzania daných metód, ich dostatočnosť, použiteľnosť, obmedzenia a posúdenie výberu. |

| Abstrakt: | The aim of the master thesis is to create a solving design of the present situation at technical division in the particular company. The solving design is based on the analysis of the company problems through the use of selected lean methods. The theoretical part describes the Kaizen philosophy in general: its history, importance, objectives, and implementation. It clarifies the definition of Lean management, its history, the present time, principles, tools, and constraint management. It focuses on the Toyota Production System with targeting on the 5S method and 3M waste elimination. It emphasizes the meaning of workplace layout and the importance of standardization. A significant component of the theoretical part is the Spaghetti Diagram. The practical fraction was originated from the synthesis of theoretical knowledge, student´s observation, results of the analysis of semi-structured interviews, and results of the analysis of the actual situation at technical division in the company Etrim s.r.o. The fundamental of the master thesis is the solving design of the optimal layout of the entrance room and the 5S implementation for the entire division. The conclusion presents the evaluation of advantages, disadvantages, implementation of given methods, their sufficiency, applicability, limitations, and the choice assessment. |
