| Abstrakt: | Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem redesignu e-shopu s využitím principů user experience. Cílem práce je popis procesu redesignu webu pomocí nástrojů user experience, vytvoření funkčního prototypu a otestování, zda odpovídá potřebám uživatelů. Dílčím cílem je popsání metod, které jsou využívány v kontextu user experience. Před samotným designem webu je vytvořeno schéma informační architektury webu, jsou popsány základní uživatelské toky a na základě toho je pomocí wireframů zhotoven model, který je následně testován na uživatelích. Po opravení chyb z testování, týkajících se navigace a obsahu webových stránek, je popsána tvorba vizuální podoby webu, jejíž součástí je výběr barev a písma. Výsledný funkční prototyp je znovu testován a získané poznatky, které se týkají zejména vizuální podoby stránek, jsou promítnuty ve finální verzi prototypu. V průběhu tvorby redesignu jsou použity metody: persony, srovnávací hodnocení konkurence a uživatelské testování. |

| Abstrakt: | The master thesis deals with the redesign of an e-commerce website using the principles of user experience. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of redesign of a website using user experience tools, create a functional prototype and test it whether it meets the needs of users. A partial goal is to describe the methods that are used in the context of user experience. Prior to the actual design of the website is made, there is a diagram of the information architecture of the site created and there are the basic user flows described. According to the information architecture and user flows the wireframe model is created and subsequently tested on users. After correcting errors from the testing related to the navigation and content of the website, there is the creation of the visual appearance of the website described. This includes the selection of colours and fonts. The resulting functional prototype is re-tested and the findings, which are mainly concerned the visual appearance of the site, are projected in the final version of the prototype. During the creation of the redesign, there are used UX methods such as personas, comparative assessment of the competition and usability testing. |
