Zpoplatnění silniční infrastruktury ve Španělsku

The diploma thesis deals with the charging of road infrastructure in Spain. The thesis contains fundamental information regarding reasons and possibilities of road infrastructure charging, with the emphasis on electronic toll systems (EFC). Furthermore, the thesis introduces the road infrastructure of the country and discusses in detail the methods of the toll collection in Spain. The following part is dedicated to introduction of the Spanish EFC system called VIA-T. An integral part of the thesis consists of electronic fee collection interoperability and there is also a chapter about the European Electronic Toll System (EETS). This section is followed by an overview of current interoperability solutions at the EU level, especially those that affect Spain. The final part summarizes the essential findings of this thesis and evaluates the current possibilities of interoperability.
