Title: Analysis of the Impact of Data Breaches on the Market Value of Companies in the Period 2008 - 2012
Abstract: In the last fifteen years we can observe significant rise in the number and seriousness of the data breaches among the companies dealing with customer data. The aim of many analyses was to determine the impact of these breaches on market value, focusing on the breaches prior to 2008. The aim of this article is to present the findings from the analysis focused on 27 companies that suffered data breach between 2008 and 2012.

Title: On the Legibility of Data Message PDF Attachments on the OS X Platform
Abstract: The Data Message Information System is a remarkable information system of the state infrastructure. Design of an information system of such importance should be done with much care also due to fact that if a design flaw appeared later, it could have severe impacts at the users. A flaw that will be discussed in this paper applies to a data message sending process of messages containing PDF attachments. Users with the default Safari web browser on OS X do not need to be always able to open such attachments. The paper analyses the situation and gives an answer to a question when will a PDF attachment be opened correctly and when not.

Title: The Third World War? In The Cyberspace. Cyber Warfare in the Middle East.
Abstract: This article aims to provide a brief and comprehensive introduction to the issue of cyber warfare and to display the recent development in this area. Geographically, it focuses on the Middle East region, since the vast majority of the most important recent cyber attacks appeared just in there or were connected to it. The first part of the article tries to define the key notion of cyber warfare, compares it to the standard warfare and presents different types of cyber weapons that are known today. The second part points out examples of the most striking recent cyber attacks and uses them as evidences to demonstrate today's importance and dissemination of cyber warfare. Finally, the article sums up pros and cons of the cyber weapons and, in view of these, predicts a significant increase in their use in any future war conflicts.

Title: Business Case in terms of Business Management and IT Governance
Abstract: The aim of this paper covers a definition of the issue of inadequate quality of Business Case (BC) implementaiton in a model organization. A secondary objective is the definition of BC in relation to IT Governance. Presented methodologies (such as COBIT, ValueIT, RiskIT, PMBOK, PRINCE2) are applied on investment management and financial management in the IT field. Appropriate processes and checkpoints of those methodologies are chosen to suggest the proper procedures of an audit within a model organization.

Title: CADAQUES: The Methodology for Complex Data and Information Management
Abstract: The present time is characterized by an ever-increasing amount of acquired and processed data. The aim of this article is to highlight the diversity of currently used data sources, to show their specifics in terms of quality control and introduce own methodology that allows data and information quality management across these sources. The main component of this methodology is a set of basic principles and actions that can be universally applied. One of the key recommendations of this methodology is to focus on a relatively small set of data characteristics, which is relatively easy to manage. Part of the methodology is also a Data Source Maturity Model which could be used to assess the risk associated with the use of a particular data source.

Title: System Nature of Modelling of Possible Trends in the Effects of Climate Change through the Technology of Geographic Information Systems Tools
Abstract: The basis of the entire contribution is the application of constructive theory of systems theses on a model for the prediction of the probable trend of the consequences of global climate change on vegetation zones on the territory of the Czech Republic. This model is completely designed in the technology of geographic information systems. Methodological basis, which is in detail in the first part of the contribution, is former Integrated Information System about the Territory ISU and its subsystem Ecological Databank of ISU. The prediction model, its similarly framed system characteristics are in the second part of the contribution, is based on the relationships between climatic conditions and vegetation zones. The model has already been used for data analysis on the conditions of cultivation for a selected growing tree species for forestry studies. Currently the results of the application of the model will be published for the conditions of cultivation of selected agricultural commodities.

Title: Object Tracking Model with Predictive Control of Streaming Sources in Multicameras Systems
Abstract: This work deals with the analysis, comparison and design of interconnection between streaming, detection and tracking technologies in the multi-camera environment. The goal is design of predictive tracking system with ability to track object in real time across multiple cameras and also with ability to stream video from one source with the best display of object. There was designed a metric for rating each source of system, which is based on current position, size or detection reliability of tracked object in the scene. It was also designed mechanisms and methods for prediction of video source rating, for prediction next streamed source and methods for stream control.

Title: Approach to Hand Tracking and Gesture Recognition Based on Depth-Sensing Cameras and EMG Monitoring
Abstract: In this paper, a new approach for hand tracking and gesture recognition based on the Leap Motion device and surface electromyography (SEMG) is presented. The system is about to process the depth image information and the electrical activity produced by skeletal muscles on forearm. The purpose of such combination is enhancement in the gesture recognition rate. As a first we analyse the conventional approaches toward hand tracking and gesture recognition and present the results of various researches. Successive topic gives brief overview of depth-sensing cameras with focus on Leap motion device where we test its accuracy of fingers recognition. The vision-SEMG-based system is to be potentially applicable to many areas of human computer interaction.

Title: Simulation of PID Controller in the Programming Environment Matlab
Abstract: This paper deals with the problem of modelling continuous systems. For simulate a PID controller, we used virtual environment Matlab. The goal of this article is to give information about the topic of the basic regulators PI PD simulation and PID too. Eventually, solved issues have to bring  to professionals simple overview of how to simulate fundamental regulators’ types in Matlab enviroment. In this paper is like a tool for modelling of dynamic systems applied Matlab. Matlab was developed by The Math Works Inc. This software has a wide application in various fields of science and technology. In the theory of automatic control is becoming even one of the most used software tools in the world. MATLAB just like any other simulation program means allow to express some thoughts in several ways. The advantage of Matlab is the opportunity to work with blocks of similar blocks commonly used in schemes for control technology. Dynamic systems which need to be modelled can be assembled from standard blocks. These are predefined in libraries Simulink and with using simple copying them can be applied their directly in Matlab.
