Title: Monte Carlo Simulation in Risk Analysis of Investment Projects
Abstract: At present time, when the rate of risk is increasing, achieving higher quality of investment decision-making by integrating risk and uncertainty factors could positively affect economical results and firm's prosperity. Firstly this article characterizes shortcomings of investment decision making connected with over optimism of people, preparing and evaluating investment projects. Important tool, which could contribute to removing, or at least weakening of these shortcomings, represents Monte Carlo simulation. To description of content Monte Carlo simulation in framework of risk analysis, its problem aspects, advantages and disadvantages is devoted main part of the article. The practical illustration of solving real investment problem from the field of oil industry through Monte Carlo simulation is also involved.

Title: New Value Indicators of Productivity - EVA"s Factor
Abstract: The modern development of Corporate Systems and innovations (realistic) in the economic production criteria, as compared to traditional criteria, supported largely by optimum operating conditions. In order to measure the contemporary value concept of production, it is necessary to construct an indicator which accurately reflects economic effets, such as changes in consumption levels (a factor of production) and changes in their dutiable status, by means of the quantity flow. Productivity movement in the manufacturing subsystem can be explicitly expressed, as can its influence on the economic profit (for example the indicator EVA - Economic Value Added) of the enterprise.

Title: Intercultural Management and Managerial Activities
Abstract: The paper deals with psychological and sociological characteristics of managerial activities. It analyses influence of culture on employee behavior and performance of managerial activities. The focus is on the influence of organizational culture and its specific consequences on the psychological and sociological level. Research findings from Misumi, Sinha and Ohio school are emphasized. Influences are analyzed on the levels of leading, goal setting, decision making, problem solving, motivating and intercultural competences of managers. Then the focus moves towards management of international teams, problem solving in teams and conditions of their success. The process of the development of international teams is analyzed as well as steps needed for a good team operation. The last part is devoted to the issue of intercultural negotiation in teams.
