Template-Type: ReDIF-Article 1.0 Author-Name: Eva Kislingerová Title: Introduction to 1/2012 Abstract: Vážení čtenáři, přinášíme Vám první číslo v pořadí již šestého ročníku vydávání časopisu Ekonomika a management. Jsme rádi, že se daří krok za krokem posouvat kvalitu časopisu, k čemuž významnou měrou přispíváte právě Vy, autoři a také tým ediční rady. Letošní první číslo je určeno tématu roku, a to konkurenceschopnosti. Nejprve je věnována pozornost vztahům stakeholders, jako významného předpokladu prosperity. Autorská dvojice Neumaierová - Neumaier se dlouhodobě zabývá otázkami výkonnosti z různých úhlů pohledu. Ve svém příspěvku konkrétně představují manažerský simulátor a na dvou příkladech demonstrují jeho využitelnost v praxi. Druhý příspěvek pak přibližuje využitelnost Balanced Scorecard v malých a středních podnicích. Přínos příspěvku lze spatřovat v tom, že připomíná podstatu tohoto nástroje, ukazuje jeho čtyři základní perspektivy a naznačuje využitelnost v praxi, ale ukazuje i obtíže vznikající při implementaci v podnikové praxi a především pak jsou vzneseny určité pochybnosti ve smyslu rychlosti zavedení BSC, kterou Norton s Kaplanem odhadují na 3 měsíce. V závěru jsou formulována doporučení, která mohou pomoci při zavádění BSC. Třetí příspěvek je věnován rodinným firmám, jejich významu pro ekonomiku, který bývá nedoceněn. Autorka poukazuje na komplikace spojené s aktuálním problémem, a to s otázkou nástupnictví v těchto rodinných firmách. Poukazuje na význam a úlohu výchovy dětí v rodinách, ale i osobnostní předpoklady těch, kdož firmu v rámci rodiny přebírají a mají za úkol dále rozvíjet její výkonnost a konkurenceschopnost. Vyslovuje rovněž nutnost podpory těchto rodinných firem ze strany státu a Evropské unie. K jednomu z významných faktorů konkurenceschopnosti České republiky patří nepochybně vývoj inovační výkonnosti. Zkušené autorky Hana Scholleová a Marta Nečadová přibližují nejen nastavení celého národního rámce podpory inovací, ale zamýšlí se především nad vývojem za posledních šest let. Docházejí k závěru, že systém podpor byl v České republice správně nastaven a lze očekávat, že i v budoucnu bude pozitivní vývoj pokračovat, i když ne ve všech ukazatelích, například v počtu patentových ochran. Na příspěvku je přínosné, že autorky rovněž navrhují modifikaci některých ukazatelů s cílem zvýšení vypovídací schopnosti a motivace podniků k inovačním aktivitám. Flexikurita - slovo, které neslyšíme každý den. Toto zajímavé slovo vystihuje nový přístup ke změnám, zabývá se reakcí na změny - flexibilitou a upozorňuje na potřebu jistoty. Autoři věnují pozornost organizační flexibilitě a znalostnímu managementu z pohledu organizací, z pohledu jednotlivce pak mobilitě, komunikaci nebo work-life balance. Otázky výrobních kapacit nebo volby technologií patří ke klíčovým faktorům ovlivňujícím budoucí výkonnost podniků. Poslední příspěvek přibližuje základní problémy, které zpravidla řeší výrobní podniky. Věříme, že i toto téma nalezne své čtenáře. A natural evolution that builds on the success of the first version of Balanced Scorecard in the beginning of the nineteen’s. With the development of the BSC including the Strategy Mapping has been the subject of recent books, articles and discussions. This discourse has greatly raised practitioner awareness and interest in the value of integrated strategic scorecard systems by focusing on what these tools are, why companies adopt them and by providing high level implementation frameworks and examples from practice. As a result of the increasing challenges that companies face today to remain competitive, the comprehensive scope of the BSC makes it the management method of choice for small & medium size enterprises (SME). A purely financial view is no longer sufficient for enterprises. The Balanced Scorecard is a revolutionary performance measurement system that allows SME to quantify critical intangible assets, such as people, information and culture. They are supported by the state and there are financial programs for their support.
