In the region (EU10) the dynamism of exports and imports has become very strong before the Eastern enlargement and the trend has gone on after the year 2004 too. The growth of trade of the EU 10 countries had over headed the trade dynamism of EU 15 countries. More over such a trend has kept on even during the period of crises in 2008. However it is to say that the trade on goods in the Central and East European countries was even so influenced from the crises seriously. Many problems of territorial and commodity structure of exports as well as the low productivity in manufacturing industry have shown themselves. These trends bring certainly important information for solving future concepts of exports - even in post crises periods. The mentioned text should comment some of these facts. Main contribution of this study is to summarize methods and to compare results for selected countries in the centre of the Europe. The figure of NAIRU can be investigated as a dependent variable during the research time period. Main factors causing the greatest changes of NAIRU or its fluctuations are apart from the inflation expectations themselves also: import prices, exchange rate, prices of oil and indirect taxes. Consideration of barriers to trade in services implied by states both outside and inside the European Union does not provide for changes in this conclusion either. This means that trade in services may be explained by different level of production costs and costs of provision or by gains from specialization arising from increasing returns of scale or agglomeration effects. This brief overview should be regarded as the very introduction into the topic and is intended to provoke a discussion about possible limitations of applicability of international trade theories to trade in services. The whole range of issues related to services trade and corresponding theory is in our opinion covered in the most complex way in A Handbook of International Trade in Services by Aaditya Mattoo, Lead Economist in the Development Research Group of the World Bank.
