Otevřená metoda koordinace jako nástroj v evropském vládnutí

Otevřená metoda koordinace je v současnosti způsobem vládnutí, který je v rámci EU velmi diskutován. Článek diskutuje otázky ohledně definice otevřené metody vládnutí jako nového způsobu vládnutí ve stále se rozšiřující EU, přičemž metodu ukotvuje v rámci politologických a právních náhledů na vládnutí. Zároveň článek diskutuje i potenciál, který otevřená metoda koordinace poskytuje při sbližování nastavení politik členských států EU.

Open Method of Coordination in European Governance

Open method of coordination is currently one of the most discussed ways of governance in the EU. The article discussed questions of definition of open method of coordination with regard to legal and political Framework of governance. Moreover, the article discusses the potential of open method coordination within the policy setting in Member States of the EU
