Delegation from Odessa National Economic University at VSE

This week at the Prague of Economics and Business we welcomed a delegation of representatives from Odessa National Economic University (ONEA), who came as part of the Erasmus+ international credit mobility project. The main goal of the meeting was to discuss various possibilities for future cooperation between the two institutions.

During the visit, the delegation met with colleagues from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, where ONEA representatives had the opportunity for job-shadowing and to gain valuable practical experience. This meeting allowed both parties to share their expertise and discuss the best teaching methods.

The delegation also met with the Vice-Rector Hana Machková. The discussion focused on the possibilities of deepening mutual cooperation, the university systems of both countries, and teaching methods that could contribute to improving pedagogical practice. The meeting ended with a tour of the campus, during which the guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the modern equipment and facilities of VSE.

The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude for the support they have received in the Czech Republic and thanked the University of Economics for its assistance to Ukrainian students so far. This visit strengthened mutual relations and opened new opportunities for future cooperation.
