Accessibility Statement

This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.vse.cz and its subordinate websites, including the page https://www.vse.cz/english.
Compliance Status
These websites are partially compliant with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended, due to the non-compliance issues or exceptions listed below.
Non-Accessible Content
The following content is not accessible:
- Due to non-compliance with Act No. 99/2019 Coll., as amended:
- Some images and photographs do not have textual descriptions; alternative text is missing for certain images (WCAG 2.1 criteria 1.1.1 and 2.4.4). Given the large number of photos and images and the capacity of the website operator, adding meaningful alternative text to all images would impose a disproportionate burden (according to § 7 of the Act).
- Some documents published on the website in PDF format are not fully accessible (not all information in the document is in text form and is therefore only available as an image). Full digital conversion of these documents would be complex and time-consuming. However, the number of such documents is kept to a minimum in the interest of accessibility. If you encounter such a document and need it in a fully accessible form, please contact the website technical administrators.
- As it does not fall within the scope of applicable legal regulations:
- Videos on the website do not include captions, audio description, or alternatives (WCAG 2.1 criteria 1.2.1 and 1.2.2), based on the exemption under § 13 paragraph 4 of Act No. 99/2019 Coll.
