We will be happy to welcome you back to VŠE, so be sure to check the VŠE Calendar, where you can find all events taking place at your alma mater. We would be delighted if you joined us at, for example, the VŠE Ball or one of the Innovation Week events—whether as a participant or, in the future, perhaps as a guest preparing a programme for our students.

We also recommend following the Alumni Centre, where you will find further information and opportunities to stay connected with our university. Stay in touch with your classmates and register on the VŠE Alumni Portal.

Access to Microsoft 365 and InSIS

From the date you complete your studies, a 180-day protection period for your university account begins. After this period, you will lose access to Microsoft 365 and your university email account. Please remember to download important data from your OneDrive storage and, if necessary, the contents of your mailbox in time. Instructions on how to back up your data can be found here.

In InSIS, you can download documents from the repository (such as confirmation of study completion or an electronic version of your diploma) or submit applications for further studies. Please make sure to securely save your login details for your university account.

Identification card and Wi-Fi

Immediately after completion of your studies, your identification card will be blocked. You will no longer be able to access university buildings or use services connected to the card system. At the same time, access to the eduroam and VPN university networks will expire.

If you continue to work at VŠE, for example as an employee, you will receive a new card and system access according to your new role. Otherwise, these services will no longer be available to you.
