International University Fair Attracted Hundreds of Visitors to the VSE
On Saturday, May 24, 2025, the Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE) hosted a Study Fair, organized at the top of a three-day program of the international conference of high school study counselors, IACAC – European Regional Institute. The event welcomed around 350 public visitors and over 100 high school counselors from around the world.
The study fair featured 72 universities from Europe, North America, and Asia, including institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Leiden University, Boston University, and Stockholm University. Visitors had the opportunity to meet university representatives in person, learn about study programs, and explore options for studying in English. The VŠE booth was widely visited.
The fair was part of the IACAC – European Regional Institute international conference, held from May 22 to 24, 2025. The conference was organized by the Study in Prague consortium, which brings together seven Prague-based universities: Charles University (UK), Czech University of Life Sciences (ČZU), Prague University of Economics and Business (VŠE), Czech Technical University (ČVUT), University of Chemistry and Technology (VŠCHT), Academy of Performing Arts (AMU), and Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague (UMPRUM). The conference program included expert lectures, panel discussions, and networking activities focused on promoting international cooperation in education.
The event strengthened ties between international high school counselors and Czech universities and presented Prague and the Czech Republic as an attractive destination for higher education. From the perspective of both organizers and participants, this prestigious event was a great success.
