Strategic Plan
The strategic plan for the educational and creative activities of a public university is submitted by the rector for approval by the academic senate and the board of trustees. Pursuant to Section 21(1)(b) of the Higher Education Act, a public university is required to prepare, discuss with the ministry, and publish its strategic plan within the deadline and in the form specified by the minister. The annual implementation plan for the strategic plan is approved by the academic senate upon the rector’s proposal.
