Defibrillators (AEDs)

There are five automated external defibrillators (AEDs) located in the buildings of the Prague University of Economics and Business. The defibrillators (AEDs) are located at the reception desks. Reception staff have been trained in their use and will provide you with the necessary information on how to use an AED if needed. The defibrillators are registered in the Záchranka app.

Where can you find the defibrillators?

  • Žižkov campus (reception desk from W. Churchill square, reception desk from Italská street).
  • Třebešín (behind the reception desk in the Sports Hall).
  • Jižní Město campus (at the main entrance to the gatehouse).
  • Jindřichův Hradec campus (directly at the entrance to the building opposite the gatehouse).
  • Another AED si located in the dormitory campus at Jarov.

At the Faculty of Management, the AED is located directly at the entrance to the building opposite the gatehouse. It is freely accessible in a metal cabinet and is therefore independent of the gatehouse security. The AED at the Faculty of Management is registered in the Záchranka app and is available on working days anytime from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Outside these hours and on weekends, it is available after ringing the bell at the gatehouse, which will open the entrance to the building.
