FBA’s Master’s Program Succeeded in the Financial Times Ranking

The Financial Times has published its annual ranking „Master in Management 2016“. The Business Administration and Management placed in 81st position, right behind traditional VŠE competitors in Central Europe – Corvinus University in Hungary (70th) and Warsaw School of Economics in Poland (73rd).

In total, 90 top branches are ranked. Universities from 26 countries were ranked for 2016. Top three places were, as well as last year, taken by The University of St. Gallen (Switzerland), HEC Paris (France) and Essec Business School (France).

Study branches in Central and Eastern Europe are covered by two universities from Poland, one university from Hungary, one from the Russian Federation and VŠE. Among non-European countries Australia, Canada, People´s Republic of China, India, Taiwan and Brazil were placed in the ranking 2016. The most successful master´s study branches are traditionally from France (24x) and United Kingdom (17x).

The CEMS master´s program did not participate in this year’s ranking as the methodology for evaluation had been changed.
