Czech Association of MBA Schools (CAMBAS) Accredited MBA Programmes Fair
The first joint fair of all CAMBAS accredited MBA programmes will be held on Thursday, 30th March, 2017, at the University of Economics, Prague.
The event will inform attendees about the MBA programmes on offer in the Czech Republic, as well as providing them with basic information about the opportunities for studying on the accredited programmes. Accreditation by the Czech Association of MBA Schools (CAMBAS) is a guarantee of quality for potential MBA program applicants. For employers, CAMBAS accreditation is an assurance, that the graduate has successfully completed a gruelling MBA program, consisting of the appropriate, internationally standardized content.
The Czech Association of MBA Schools was founded in 1998 and its main mission is to maintain, and further develop, the already high standard of MBA studies in the Czech Republic. CAMBAS is a member of the international association: EQUAL, which harmonizes relations between national associations and accreditation agencies operating in the managerial study programs field. Ten MBA programmes currently offered in the Czech Republic hold this prestigious and coveted accreditation. These include programmes taught in Czech, English, and French.
“The situation on the market of MBA programmes in the Czech Republic is alarming. Programmes, or better said MBA degrees, are offered as goods that can be bought by anyone. I strongly disagree with the degradation of this form of lifelong learning, and that is why VŠE has initiated the very first Fair of CAMSAS Accredited MBA Programmes,” says Rector of the University of Economics, Prague, Hana Machková.
The Czech Association of MBA Schools (CAMBAS) Accredited MBA Programs Fair will be held on Thursday, 30th March, 2017, beginning at 5 p.m. in the Vencovského Aula at the University of Economics, Prague.
At its beginning Hana Machková, Rector of the University of Economics, Prague, Karel Havlíček, Chairperson of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic, and Milan Malý, Chairperson of the Czech Association of MBA Schools, will give their presentations. At the end of the fair program, all CAMBAS accredited MBA programs will be presented in booths for the benefit of fair visitors. The academic directors, and the administrators of all programs will be on hand to give details about the study programs as well as the application processes.
