ŠANCE Job Fair
The Job Fair will take place on November 18th and 19th, 2011 in the Rajská building‘s atrium. More than 40 companies are registered to meet talented students and alumni of the University of Economics, Prague.
Besides the traditional and attractive exhibitors such as: Česká spořitelna, Československá obchodní banka,Ernst&Young, Deloitte ČR, Komerční banka, KPMG ČR, PwC, Kooperativa Pojišťovna, Vienna Insurance Group, L´Oréal, Plzeňský Prazdroj or Škoda Auto, there will be other companies there for the first time or after a long break. Among these firms are e.g.: AB InBev, Atlas Copco, Barclays Capital, Citibank, CN Group, HAYS, IT Talents, Manpower, mBank, Nejvyšší kontrolní úřad, VORLÍČKOVÁ PARTNERS and more. - On Tuesday, November 18th, two panel discussions on students’ applications in: consulting, tax, audit and accounting, and banking and insurance will also be held. During both these two days, eight exhibitors from this field will present their companies at the fair.
- On Wednesday, November 19th, all students will have a great possibility of CV consultation with HR Specialists from the companies.
- Panel discussions, HR presentations and CV consultations do not need any special registration and are for free.
Twice a year, VŠE organizes job fairs in order to establish an opportunity for personal contact among students, graduates and potential employers. Participation in the fair enables students to gain knowledge concerning actual job offers, to find out more about the possibilities of cooperation with concrete companies during one’s studies as well as about trainee programs, etc.
Students and graduates can also increase their chances of success with registration. All the exhibitors will get complete registration lists at the very end of the job fair. During the registration, one will fill in the information about the study focus, language skills, previous experience, professional preferences and contact details.
