According to the Prestigious QS World Rankings, VSE is among the Best Universities in the World

The University of Economics, Prague (VŠE) is again ranked in QS World University Rankings – one of the most prestigious international rankings of higher education institutions. It has been published annually since 2004. Currently, the 800 best universities in the world are listed in the ranking (while according to some estimates, the total number of higher education institutions in the world amounts to 20 thousand). 

The methodology of QS Rankings is based on six criteria, i.e. academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty student ratio, citations per faculty, proportion of international students, and proportion of international faculty. Additionally, the ranking enables comparison of universities by regions, by subject, etc.

This year the University of Economics, Prague (VŠE) have been listed in the QS World University Rankings at 701st + position. Among Czech universities, the best scores go to Charles University in Prague (244th), the Czech Technical University in Prague (411st to 420th), Masaryk University, Brno is 551st to 600th and Brno University of Technology is 651st to 700 th . Technical subjects and natural sciences dominate the higher education rankings worldwide.

The QS World ranking is led by British and American universities.
