The return of VŠE students from their study stay in Israel

Due to the unfavourable security situation, two students of the Faculty of International Relations who were staying in Israel decided to return to the Czech Republic. We would like to thank the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jan Lipavský, for making it possible for the two students to return by yesterday’s special plane. Currently, four Israeli students are studying at the VŠE in Bachelor’s degree programmes and one in the DBA programme. Rector of the Prague University of Economics and Business doc. Ing. Petr Dvořák, Ph.D. addressed all students by e-mail and offered them assistance if they found themselves in a difficult life situation.

VŠE stands behind the statement of the Czech Rectors’ Conference in support of universities in Israel, which can be read here.
