CEMS Master’s in International Management
The Faculty of Business Administration has just opened the admission procedure to its flagship Master´s Programme in International Management. The applications will be accepted by 7 January 2011.

Gernot Mittendorfer was awarded by president prof. Richard Hindls with a commemorative medal for deepening the mutual cooperation of Česka spořitelna and the University of Economics, Prague on Monday the 22nd November 2010.
President Václav Klaus to the Future of the EURO
A public expert debate on the EURO will take place on 24 November 2010, at the Faculty of Economics and Public Administration. Among the discussants will be Mr. V. Klaus, the Vice-Governor of the Czech National Bank Mr. M. Hampl, the Slovak Minister of Finance Mr. I. Mikloš and the Dean Mr. M. Ševčík.

The University of Economics, Prague was awarded as the best business school in the Central and Eastern Europe for the third time. The university received five palms in the Eduniversal ranking, which symbolize the development of internationalisation.

The websites of the University of Economics were ranked amongst the best in the world in the „Ranking Web of World Business School“. The University of Economics is just four places behind Harvard Business School and right behind Danish CBS.
International success of the Faculty of Business Administration in a Financial Times ranking
The Financial Times (FT) has evaluated master’s programs in management for the 6th time. The results were announced and published in the FT on the 20th September 2010. This year’s results were a great success for the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics.
The University of Economics, Prague celebrated 20 years of cooperation with France
The French-Czech Institute of Management (IFTG) has existed at the University of Economics since 1990. An international conference of francophone researchers, a graduation ceremony and meeting with former students took place as a part of the anniversary at the Embassy of French Republic.
